Madonna sued for damages through the fault line "Material Girl"

Little problem with the law, or at least lawyers for Madonna : The Triumph has in fact quoted the singer for damages, demanding the closure of the fashion line "Material Girl", designed by Madonna and daughter Lourdes, or at least the name change.


The reason? A substantial plagiarism clothes line, cost and especially names! The Triumph, in fact, would use the brand "Material Girl" from 1997: the singer is therefore unfair competition!
